Bot as SMD Soldering Aid

I need a Bot to help me with soldering. Years of looking at Monitors and Double Clicking Mouse, have taken their toll .

Please develop a Camera/Monitor assisted Soldering/Desoldering Workstation. The Miniature Soldering iron manipulated by a Joystick into position and then press the fire button, a tiny blob of solder paste lands on the Junction on Focus. Now press the fire again, a Perfect Shiny Soldered Joint.

2016  - There is a solution from Martin that is close to what i had in mind.

The Expert 10.6 rework stations facilitates the reliable and precise rework of BGA-, CSP-, and QFN-components, connectors and sockets. Innovative technologies

Rework Station EXPERT 10.6

What we need is a Desktop Aid for SMD prototype fabrication and SMD Card Repairs. Not for manufacturing. To be used by Design Centers and Service Centers.

The card to be populated or repaired can be moved in X-Y-Z axis using  a PC. The Soldering Tool and the adhesive and paste dispensing tool should sync with the PCB Position. Then Soldering and Desoldering should be automated by the machine with camera, after Package type is keyed in. It is a Hands Free Soldering machine with the PC Monitor and HD Camera helping the visualization of the Job

Surgical Tools useful for Manufacturing

Long ago, i was making and supplying some hybrid electronics to some firms. The soldering and handling required some tools and custom jigs which were designed. As the product was mass produced, some tools for managing and working on Tiny PCB's and parts were not available in the market.

Electronic Product Production Manufacturing

So a affordable solution was created, the jigs were supplemented by surgical tools. These are the Clips and Tweezers that a doctor uses when he conducts an operation.

Let use see one here an Hemostat Clamp and other tools at P J Tool and Supply

Call it Forceps, Tweezers or Pliers. These tools, both the bent/arched/curved one and straight are useful.

When you go to a Surgical Supplies Store, Buy some Filter Paper, capillary tubes and a spirit lamp as well. These can find a lot of good use in the ultimate quest for the God Particle. Beat the Swiss to it.

Deriving knowledge and inspiration from The GUI and Skin Modifications were done by me.

The Code is here digital-calculator - Then i just Skinned it, added a GUI, A Scientific Mode or Turbo Switch. A Tape for History.

It has Brackets to build your own math equation. Scientific Functions like Trigonometric, Hyperbolic, Logarithmic.Memory (cookies), A Paper Trail or Tape for Equation and Result History.

I have also made a SteamPunk Clock which is integrated into Jot a Note Gadget. This calculator also will soon be a app in the Jot Notes. Jot Desktop in the clouds, not yet, but dreaming with gadgets.

Google Gears is mutated to HTML5, the Jot a Note i made was on Gears and SQL, Now i have to learn HTML5 apps, also all browsers should start supporting the database part of HTML5. So i converted the Jot a Note Gadget to plain JS and Cookies.
